Ferguson’s Proposal For A New L.A. NFL Team

Friday February 5, 2010 8:38 AM

Craig Ferguson was in repeats for much of the week, but on Friday, he surprised us with a new episode that included monologue jokes about this weekend’s Super Bowl. Now, Ferguson works for David Letterman, so he openly acknowledges the problem about joking about the Colts — David could fire him, or worse, ship him off to NBC! — and Ferguson also talked about how Los Angeles continues to operate without an NFL franchise. Maybe he has an idea or two to fix that. If you want to watch the “West Hollywood Bears” perform, that is. Also, did you know that Angelina Jolie doesn’t fart? Wait. Why would that surprise you?

For more funny Ferguson clips: Jason Segel performed Dracula’s Lament with a puppet, and Ferguson always loves him some Pants Off/Dance Off.

Posted by Sean L. McCarthy, who thinks L.A. will get an NFL team when it deserves one.
